Why is the O in photography red? Also I would suggest a different font for %22art and soul%22 -- if you are using strictly type for a logo it's a good idea to use one that isn't used so frequently.
I think if you wanted to use the idea of the red O you should tie that into the name somehow. And I agree about the font for art and soul. It's used everywhere, it was even on the credits for the movie 'Prom Night'. It won't make the logo very memorable to see the font used a ton of other places, and in the end that's what a logo's for. To leave a memorable impression in a client's mind so they come back to the business again and again. Especially in photography where it seems there's a new one popping up every four minutes. It should set it apart from all the others.
yeah, for awhile there every time you turned around there was scriptina, used for anything that was supposed to be elegant. I have specifically seen a number of photographers use it. I have no idea what the movie prom night is, but it's definitely been used a million times over. good luck finding a different font :P
