Description:
The logo for the choreographic festival-competition "Baltic Breeze" in St. Petersburg. This logo depicts a pointe shoe, the ribbon-tie forms the letter B, the upper element of which develops in the wind. The strokes in the sign are made with imitation of a wide brush
The context in which I placed the sign is a reference to the city of three revolutions, with banner banners, slogans written with a wide brush on top of the canvas. With the wind not abating on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, it is especially prickly in winter. This is a kind of sneer at the word breeze combined with the Baltic.
