Great idea! I want to see the crossbar of the A aligned to the eye or something like that. Get more of the text to relate to the face and you have it fully integrated. Awesome!
I agree with the others. It's a great idea. You could have some scaling issues around the nose and mouth area. I think losing some of the detail like andreiu suggested would solve that problem.

Not a bad idea, but still, a bit too complex. If you could lose some of the details, it would be a very good piece of logo.
