Dont do it,we have a radio station here in Australia called Triple JJJ which will beat your behind like a drum if you do.

I say go for it%3B yours is better and different enough then the Triple JJJ logo that it should never be an issue. It's also a non competing company in a different country.

What if you were to use a white city silhouette (buildings) on the side of the drum instead of mere triangles? I like it.
