I like this one a lot more than the first one posted. Very clean, the only thing I don't like is the text at the bottom is hard to read. Maybe a bolder font since the type is so small?

A good one might be Nevis Bold, or something similar to that in thickness.

Maybe add some kind of point coming out of the right leg of the A to make the compass more... compassy?
