Description:
This is a logo for a rock band. I'm struggling with the font mainly. The client likes this one but I think it's sort of too bland for this logo although I'm struggling with coming up with something that would jive with the sun mark.

I think the font is fine. You wouldn't want letterforms that are too exciting--they would compete with the mark.
ReplyThanks for the suggestion. I'm thinking of going with Eurostile. It's similar to this font but I think it looks a bit better.
ReplyEurostile could feel a bit dated. This font is nice because it comes with no baggage. And it lets the art take center stage.
