I prefer this of the two options. Nicely done.

This kind of business doesn't really have a tangible visual but I think you've done a good job achieving consolidation with the letterforms.

the mark and type are fantastic. how does it print? my only worry is that the colour combo could make it look like a smudge, im probably wrong though

I don't know how it prints. the client went another direction.
