looks a lot better, but why don't you scale the whole logo down a bit, giving it more air around it... good improvement!

I think for website itself it is critical to highlight domain (.com) too and I don't think that giving such a small place to it is a good move. Keep trying a little more :)**Also, as I understand jobs.com is not actual address for this logo. So, please try some domain with %22g%22 in it (for example - .gov) to see how logo will change with %22below the line%22 letter.**Good luck, Boris :)

Just try with some other sans-serif font and try to mix lowercase with uppercase, but keep same hight.

I think you should just tweak the font you have. Bring the thickness of all the lowercase letter up to the same as the J and make them uniform - take out the narrow areas of the o and b. Thickening up the lower case will make the logo slightly wider. When you upload it again, make sure the logo overall is a bit smaller, with more white space around it, to show it off better.
