Sushi Ninja, although a newly organized company, brings with it the expertise exposed in the culinary arts, specifically authentic Japanese cuisine. It is headed by Matthew Tanjuakio, a sushi chef graduate of California Sushi Academy.
The products of Sushi Ninja have been test marketed at bazaars and through catering for events such as birthdays, receptions, launches, office parties, functions, etc. Markets such as the Mercato Central in Bonifacio Global City and the Saturday Market in Ayala Alabang Village have also been “graced” by the presence of Sushi Ninja.
Sushi Ninja’s sushi and sushi rolls are made only with the finest and freshest ingredients. However Sushi Ninja has also paid heed to the particularities of the Filipino gourmand.
