The city of Mysore(India) has a long tradition(since 1610) of celebrating the Mysore Dasara festival.The logo was designed keeping in mind the colors and decoration that’s brought about in the procession that takes place here.Thanks

Replyyeah nice elephant, but to be honest the type is not really fully working for me! the type seems a lil weak and even if it is centered it doenst really give the illusion that it is. i would just make it smaller, bold and move it a lil bit to the right. Did you try a more organic looking type? or maybe just a san serif? anyway men just my opinion, im no pro either :p

ReplyGorgeous elephant! The subtle %22m%22 shape is nice, but i agree the type needs something. I like the typeface, but perhaps some way to tie in some of the shapes from the saddle (?) to the treatment. Colors are warm and inviting as well. Great job!
