This is good, but not as a proposal for the universal symbol for free wi-fi. Who did you propose it to by the way, Is there a board for that? Otherwise, you have complicated an already existing, very simple, symbol for wi-fi, by adding a cup.

ReplySo by that logic, every establishment would benefit from having a free wi-fi symbol? Fish markets would have one, and maybe barber shops too. Or, the simpler thing is to stick to the current wi-fi symbol that works universally, already.
ReplyI don't think there is a board for that.Consider approaching your local cafes and restaurants and see if they will be willing to use it. Might mean extra cost for them, designs, prints etc, but a few might. You never know.
I like simple ideas. Nice.
