I think that you did a great job on its face, so ears being visible through the hat may not be necessary at all, hm? Besides, it looks weird, imo and it creates an %60M%60. I usually never do this, but had to this time.. hope you don%60t mind? http://www.screencast.com/t/NDg2NDQ2ZW some like that.. or you can fill out the hat and leave the ears slightly to go out of the hat.. :)
