I like the mark. I think the parts on the bottom should match the stroke weight of the hooks on top or maybe eliminate the bottom parts entirely. The type would be nicer centered below or to the left of the mark and sized down a bit.

It looks much better with the text placed that way. I take back what i said about eliminating the bottom part. I didn't realize till now that its a scarab. It wouldn't make any sense to chop its legs off.
