Description: We had the pleasure of working on one of the more unique restaurants in Washington D.C., this restaurant was named after Zora Neale Hurston, and legacy coming from a small Floridian town named Eatonville to becoming a huge impact on the Harlem Renaissance. Her unique style largely influenced our designs, as well as the mock-up night scene as you can see above. This restaurant closed its doors after about 10 years of being open in the capital. We were sad to see that happen, but it was one of the most rewarding experiences a branding assignment could have had on our career. We learned a great deal about things we were never exposed too because of this project.
