Description: The folks at Calvary Bible Church wanted to emphasize (1) their passion for the cross, (2) the Bible, and (3) the three aspects/themes of discipleship within the church. I assigned each aspect/theme of discipleship a shade of one color, used the negative space for the cross, and the bottom two rectangles make the Bible opened up. The variations show the different labels I created based on the logo that coincide with the three aspects/themes hinted at in the main logo: entry way, living room, kitchen table. The client loved the concept, but to this point has not made a decision due to more important issues going on in the church. It's been on the back burner.
