Description: The goal of this proposed redesign was to address some fundamental issues with the current athletic logo, and to create a professional mark that is commensurate with the spirit of the school\'s athletic department and comparable to the visual standards of other collegiate logos. The new approach was to design a mark that is not only visually appealing, but also functions as a logo should. I eliminated the \'visual\' confusion, and the ambiguous with an abstraction of the eagle, taking it down to a minimal, and understandable concept. -DM
