I prefer this one. It looks more solid and reliable. The H is much more prominent - I could not help but see an M and a W in the other version as well as the H. One little nick pick - did you consider matching the weight of the handle and wheels with the type? I think it would give it a better overall balance.
I like this, nice job. But I have to share a corny story to go with this. My last name starts with an H. My wife decided one day to paint (acrylic) a huge H on the back side of our luggage bags so that when we retrieve our luggage at the airport from the baggage return we will instantly see it and then also other people will be less apt to take our luggage by accident since it all looks so similar. So, I have a good laugh every time I see this and need to share this with my wife. Thanks! :)
Great logo Chad, shame it's been ripped. **I'd better let you know I have a %22similar concept%22:http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/85365 in my showcase, don't know whether you've seen it.**Hope you'll agree that execution is different enough to yours though.
@Roy- Unfortunately, I've been in the club for quite a while now. The sting always remains the same though...**@Gafyn- Don't worry about it my man. I think these two can live apart quite comfortably. :)

This one works well too. Definitely helps eliminate some of the associations with the other logos mentioned.
