Definitely overkill with the two horse heads and the odd scroll work. And the horse looks a little strange - like it needs a longer snout. Finally, do yourself a favor and never, ever use an Old English style font for anything ever again, including this logo. Unless of course your job as a designer is to typeset the numbers on grandfather clock faces - but other than that, don't use it.
