I wouldn't have any idea to read both side from a different direction, or one is suppose to be S the other same shape is supposed to be 5.A slight difference between them would help. I think you're trying to balance the letters visually,and create the top with 4 and h, but i think using the 0 on the top might works too, or some other arrangement.**I'm not familiar with Sao Paulo's architecture, so at first I take that as a syringe. and proportionally, it doesn't look like a tall skyscraper to make me think that's a building...sorry.
