I like the mark, but maybe you could do something about the color of the text. Maybe the gold or a bit darker tint of it.
ReplyNice job incorporating Bob's name into the icon. Very clever. I agree with Beklad in regards to the color. I think if you toned it down some, this would feel more elegant and balanced. Nice work, nevertheless.

ReplyOriginally I did have this all as one color but I was given the advice to make it two. I agree with you both, thanks for you criticisms, I will upload a new image.
