I was playing with the finger print and bar code and then tried to make it look like a head or face as well... what do you guysthink improvments?

It's a strong color scheme in my opinion to represent Africa, however I am not sure it can convey that message once in a single color. I agree with clashmore. Having barcodes seems to also remove a persons individuality (freedom even?) so I think you should remove that. The finger print doesn't really look like one yet, I see an eye or an ear before your explication, so I would explore that if I were you too make it look more meaningfull or representative. It has great potential, so keep on it.
