Beautiful effect. Only potential snag I see: hard to distinguish %22R%22 from %22A%22. Easier at larger sizes, but shrunk down, they look the same to me.

Very nice! You've illustrated trance perfectly. Really awesome colors you've chosen. I think it would be stronger with a solid background of the lighter purple instead of a gradient.

As a former part-time electronic dance music DJ, I definitely connect with this, and I'm positive the current Trance community would, too. Very good job of integrating symbolism that's iconic in that culture (turntable tone arm on a record). And the gossamer-like colors are nice and dreamy%3B perfectly representative of the emotionally-charged melodies in the music. Well done!

Oh, and I DO agree with JF up there%3B your R and A are very, very similar, especially at small sizes. Might want to see what you can do about that. Otherwise, I think it's awesome!
