Description:
normal bookmark is a simple plain bookmark with no design. Therefore I design the logo to be very basic and plain as well.

Uhmm...this is just a line of type. And as %22basic and plain%22 as the %22design%22 (or lack thereof) is, ANYONE can do this so I wouldn't really call it a logo. As a means of illustrating my point, everything I've just written could technically be considered a very large logo by your definition of what constitutes a logo.
ReplyThis may work if the brand is aggressively promoted, but it would cost more (way way way more) than to customize a typeface :)
