Michelangelo the Renaissance painter influences some artists; however, Michelangelo the Ninja Turtle influenced Aaron Poisson. How does that make any sense? That nunchaku twirling, wisecracking, and fun-loving turtle was one of the many things Aaron used to doodle as a kid. During his youth Aaron enjoyed art and film, as he grew older his zeal transitioned over to graphic design and visual effects.
After serving overseas in Iraq, Aaron has learned how be accountable for his actions as an individual and employ his skills as a member of a team like Michelangelo. His education began at Katharine Gibbs, Providence and was followed by his studies at Roger Williams University.
As a Graphic Designer Aaron can convey a message with image and typography to elicit an emotional response. Likewise, as a visual affects artist he can combine multiple media together to form a visual style and suspend the viewer’s disbelief.
Aaron is always learning new design strategies and technologies along the way to better his work. And will put his best foot forward to complete a project. He also likes ice cream.
