We received your note on the apparent copy of the design, however, there are a few things that we must keep in perspective regarding issues like this.**Simple graphics, like the one in our design, are commonly used throughout the industry for different purposes.**In this particular case, seems like the one in Neoclassics design is for a completely different line of business than the one we are using here. In any way, going back to my argument, simple graphics like this one come as a clipart in most software packages.**Given that, we find it very hard to argue that there has been plagiarism of any kind here, and also i do not see a comparable basis to determine which one is better or worse, since they work for different purposes (different line of business, different customers, etc.)**I am attaching you a sample page (link below) with several graphics that are readily available as generic format in case you needed some to upgrade your portafolio which, in my humble opinion, seems to be in need of something nice, even if it is based on generic graphics.**http://www.istockphoto.com/file_closeup/illustrations-vectors/vector-icons/5704063-ancient-greek-imagery.php?id%3D5704063***
I did not make a direct accusation of plagiarism. I still do not. Similar design and execution often happens (I know of many designers it has happened to including myself). And, as you pointed out, they are not in similar industries (and probably not markets either), so there should be no legal issues. I just thought the designer should know a very similar, and in my opinion better executed, design exists.
Lets Discuss
This appears to be directly inspired, both design and color, by this logo http://logopond.com/gallery/detail/30875%23THEArtistT_71195**The Neoclassics logo is much better.
