Same concept. Different execution. And different biz seg too.

In my understanding, if it isn't in the same business sector, and won't cause confusion to the average consumer looking for products in the same line of business (sector) it passes as available to use. But, as far as designers go, it just really bugs the crap out of them, and they could sue for copyright infringement. The former scenario I mentioned is potential trademark infringement (which this does not violate, IMHO).

If i construct something which looks like some other project, i made bad work?**In my logo B is a 2 parts osean and sky in wich my mind found a fish. In up there example the fish is a part of B, and theme of Babel is not disclosed.

I knew I had seen the concept before, but I agree with JF that there is no copyright infringement here. Just minds thinking alike. It happens. And I would not be surprised if Rokac wasn't the first to have done this idea, either.**I love the sky and sea point of view. Maybe you can make it look even more so?

I like minimalism, and i made what i say. If i make look even more, it was not a project i made.
