I've lately re-read the above mentioned ślusarz Gdańsk e book. I got hoping it could deal with phobias like spiders, but they have reminded me it is more about fears that prevent you living life fully. It is about 20 years since I read it and I had forgotten almost all of it, but it is astonishing the impact it will need to have had, as it might have helped me cause changes in my own life. As you may will later see. Perhaps I will take a look at NLP to rid me of my dread of spiders!
