This logo was created to brand a law firm that has been around for quite some time. Their previous brand is extremely dated and was really just serif font with a drop shadow. The name of the firm is Toon Osmond and they wanted a more modern feel, but still be very approachable.
Their full stationary and website include the names Toon | Osmond.
