Replyit reminds me of the Bahamas logo, which is - in my opinion - very well branded and very recognizable (at least in the US)**%22bahamas logo%22:http://www.bahamas.com/**Otherwise, I like it. Maybe another color scheme (less rainbow) would make it stand out from this one...or maybe you don't care %3B)
