You're right Deiv. It didn't need the glow effect after all. Thanks mate. Updated.

Loving the type here and that dude in the star is awesome! Would it look weird if the tagline was enlarged to where it becomes left aligned with the main type? (but still ends where it currently ends)

Thank you all! I might try that Nathan, thanks mate. I have been working and tweaking on the type for sooooo long that you don't see other elements that might need more work on. And yeah Col, took up the lenswork about 3 years ago when I wanted to take better pics of my kids. Theres still a whole lot more to learn tho.**btw, if anyones interested there's now a small photo gallery up on my site. Cheers.

checked it. very nice. you are skilled in both fields my friend. avery nice website as well. might i suggest something? i know you have an option to turn the music on/off (and i rather like the music because it relates to the overall feel of the site) but i really don't think it's necessary. especially if someone were to go to your site in an office setting without their speakers turned off...it could come as a loud surprise to the viewer and the people around them. but hey that's just my thoughts and in the end, they don't matter.

No my friend, all suggestions matter. Now that you've mentioned it I do remember getting annoyed once when I visited a site with BG music and woke up the kids. Good point, I'll set the music to default off and the visitor can turn it on themselves if they wish. Thanks guys.

Love the simplicity of the design and how well you integrated the star symbol with the typography. Very well done!

Lookin' good, Norman! Congrats on your foray into photography, an area I, too would love to explore deeper at some point. I took a B%26W photography course in college, and I LOVED it. We used these really old 120mm cameras (like this: http://www.freshnessmag.com/v4/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/cover.jpg). At some point, I should scan all my old college photos and put them up on the interwebs. Back then, I was really into industrial music, and my shots were mostly dark and brooding. %3C-- LOL @ teen/young adult angst.

Ooooo....120mm...I remember a friend had a Yashica that took 35 and 120mm film. It was fantastic fun to use! Glad to hear you're into abit of lenswork Jon because it just feels great to get away from the damn computer every once in a while. Although after a shoot its back on the bloody screen again sorting and shopping. I just bought a 200mm tele lens too so I'm going abit lens mad. And I am now saving for a not too distant acquisition...the Hasselblad V with digital backing. Talk about your old 120mm cameras huh %3B-) cheers buddy.
