The logo is interesting. However, having actually grown up in the 80's myself I'm not sure you've actually captured the era - especially with your color palette. The 80's were all about pop music and bright, garish, neon colors, not earthtones. You're fonts are missing the mark a bit as well. Channel your inner old-school Madonna and keep at it.
