ABOUT ME

I moved from Katowice, Poland to Gainesville, Florida in 2007 with a goal to complete a Ph.D degree in Sociology. I began taking English language classes on campus to practice conversational English, and learn different communication scenarios.

While taking English classes and mentally preparing myself to spend the next few years with my nose in the books, I was asked to design a simple flyer and brochure for Sum-Plast, a Polish company. These promotional materials were distributed during Interzoo (an international trade fair for pet supplies) in Nuremberg. To this day, I still communicate with Sum-Plast.

I've always had an eye for making something look good, and that same 'design eye' only needed the right tools to make things happen. My ambitious plan to get a Ph.D in Sociology ended up in the garbage heap. I completed graphics courses at New Horizons, and I found out that graphic design is something I'm really in love with.

When I'm not sitting in a front of computer screen you will find me spending time with my second love - my camera!
