The mark is alright, the type is pretty generic though.*The concept as a whole I think is a bit poor for support software!**-Kode

I don't think a design that makes use of generic fonts should be frowned upon. *

Thanks Jesse. I agree with you about the font choice. Not every design needs customised type.**Tonfue,**Each block is used to signify an element of the company. Yep, this is a work-in-progress, and quite a few other iterations have been created. This is one of the ideas my client favours.**Kode,**Gotham is one of my favourite typefaces. Extremely legible at small sizes, and very well crafted.

revolvedesign, it is Jesse, isn't it? Sorry if I got your name wrong. It's the only one I saw on your website.

Jesse (I hope I got your name right), thanks, and I agree, not every logo needs customised type.**Tonfue,**Yep, it's a work in progress. Each block signifies a different element of the company. Quite a few iterations were created, and at present, my client favours this more than the others.**Kode,**Gotham is a very well-crafted typeface. Extremely legible at small sizes. Professional and contemporary.

I actually think that a lot of generic fonts can make a concept *stronger*, it just doesn't in this case you know!*Don't get me wrong david, I think you're a great designer and I truly admire your work. I just think that as it stands, with your talent, you should be able to give it a little something that I think is missing.**-Kode

Kode,**I appreciate your feedback, and didn't take your comment the wrong way at all. Of all the comments I receive, I prefer to read those that are critical of my work, so thank you.**Have a good one.

Love the design David, my only critique is that I feel the left side dominates the right, maybe a slight colour muting would help? Just a suggestion.
