I like that the E isn't too obvious. Did you try the logo out in all gold? The black feels a little harsh in this natural and organic space.

Thanks, Kevin! You know, I tried that version, but, we wanted to emphasize the name and to contrast the amount of golden tones used across the applications, luckily cmyk black doesn't feel like that harsh once printed.
