Yes I agree with Ocularlnk, lots of potential here... That man looks like star symbol to me and somehow that brings some Russian felling to this mark...red, star, man, work :) Good luck with this...

Thanks for the comments - and I like the people's revolution of Russia comparisons - which lends itself to the idea of 'power to the people' behind the brand itself. As for developing it further, probably not likely as this is the finished result now in place on the company's vans, stationery etc. Sometimes revisiting a concept can improve it, sometimes it can just clutter the message.

Knowing when to stop on a design is in most cases more important than figuring out how to start.
