@mvw hmmm I'm guessing the question then becomes should it still be considered logo design if its not created by a human? But then are all computer generated graphics computer assisted certainly we aren't creating the pixels of the vectors.
And if this isn't acceptable, at what point do we distinguish 'creative process' being done by a human or machine genuinely 'creative', certainly if it was an AI program you had to give it parameters and sculpt the results into something usable, does that constitute 'creativity' enough to validate its use in the process as a tool of design, of does it simply relegate the designer to noncraftsman ?
Interesting conversation to have around the use of such technology to assist in paid client work vs simply art for art sake.
Whether we like it or not, AI is currently revolutionizing the world in many industries.
We can pretend we don't see it and ignore it and stay where we are now. Or we can start learning to use AI as a tool and use it.
The choice is yours.
But regardless of your decision, billions of people are taking the time right now to learn how to use these tools in the best possible way because in a moment it is people who understand AI best that will be most needed on the labor market.
I prefer not to be left behind but to seize the opportunity with the hope that it will change my life for the better. I can be offended and wonder if it's still my job or AI, but believe me, it also takes a lot of work to implement the idea I receive from AI in such a way that it can be used as a full-fledged logo. From AI, you only get an idea. YOU STILL HAVE TO BE A GRAPHIC DESIGNER TO DO THIS. At least for now...

Beautiful, very beautiful...
ReplyIt's pretty obvious this is designed by AI. I'm betting you don't have a vector file for this one.
