Nice concept. Not digging the 'ru' placement though, I think inline would've worked better.
When I think of file hosting...the last word I'd want to be associated with is %22loading%22. All that says to me is %22waiting%22.
I agree with logoboom, ok logo but dubious association
In Russian %22loading%22 (zagruzka) typically refers to %22uploading%22 or %22downloading%22 depending on the context, and these are not instantaneous operations even if one is on a fiber connection :)
