Lose the shadow. Other than that, very nice.
i concur, lose the shadow. i love it.
I'm always a fan of wisely used negative space. Simplicity is a beautiful thing so I'd lose the shadow for the main logo, but the shadow can be used sometimes too! I'd like to see inner shadows in the arrows, as if it were a die-cut!**Great work!
