The font to me looks completely out of kilter with the smoothness of the logo. I'd also inject some colour into it and loose the drop shadow. I'd also think about loosing the handle on the funel as i was always told 'if it doesn't need it, take it away'. Otherwise i feel it has good potential although i'm not sure what it's going t be used for.
