Mirek moved to New York City from Warsaw, Poland in 1993. It was there that his digital vision started to emerge. He has a crisp Eastern European influence, with a diverse New York City edge. From 2000 till 2002 along with studying at Pratt Institute, Mirek worked as a Freelance Assistant Art Director at Kallir, Phillips, Ross. Inc. (KPR) a pharmaceutical advertising agency in NYC. He moved to upstate New York in 2002 and freelanced for few months at PALIO COMMUNICATIONS, located in Saratoga Springs, New York. In 2003 he worked as a Graphic Artist at Media Logic in Albany, NY. Mirek went back to Palio in 2004. Currently, he's working at Palio as a Sr. Brand Designer.
