Really like it. However i think the scale of the two elements needs to be varied somewhat. The two 'V's clash being the same size. Otherwise the illustrative style of the image is great.

i needed a balance between the mark and the type (besides i didn't like the name :P). Thanks for your opinion.
Think this logo would work alot better without the mark, and just the type on its own.
