wow type08 its like the words you type are in english... but collectively... its completely foreign!... I had to read it three times to make any sense!... im not sure it did though. so you had a bet with yourself and won huh?... imagine the horror had you lost!!! you would have been $100 poorer because you would have given yourself $100!... what tosh!... in addition... I dont think ive ever commented on anything you have ever done, good or bad (I may be wrong but I dont recall anything that left an impression for sure) so why on earth would you be betting yourself I would comment negative on this?.. very strange? but my comment was neither positive nor "negative"... simply a heads-up... but if you're not a big enough boy to see that and deal with it maturely then that dont say too much about you does it now... the client liked it, i saw the link, i too like the mark, it is very nice... but i dont know if your clients are Arab or not (UAE is loaded with ex-pats) & they may not know any better either & simply accepted something that looked "nice".. if you had simply said "i did my research, and its all cool" then that would have been cool. I had a project where I used Chinese characters all blazay and ended up spelling something offensive, so im just trying to help you out from experience... as for how "a guy all over from London (im not from London... let alone all over it...???) saying something" makes any difference than a guy all over Croatia "doing something"... beats the hell outa me!... but for your information I am (and have been for a while now) studying Arabic... so it is only natural I would comment on this... from personal interest. and as for "his entire stand here is fake, because I didn't see him jumping out of the bush when someone posted that symbol of Australia shaped like a pig snout the other day? I really like the lines of the bird and how it seems to be tilting it's neck. The 'X' is throwing me off a little and won't it mess up legibility at smaller sizes? Same with the tag-line being very small.

Ok Typ o... since you commented on mine i thought i would return the favour ... and to be honest i decided not to comment esp. with your lack of listening to opinions .... when you decide to conduct yourself like a grown up and perhaps put your toys back in the pram ill continue ... no wait Ill leave the constructive point till the end cause what suprises me about quite a few people on the site is that you tend to think you're the authority on logo design you have an opinion and should someone not listen then its wrong but anyway another story. Yes you have an opinion and once you decide to re read what i wrote ... there is no malice or ill will in my return comments to yours especially to provoke your obvious lack of some form of masculinity ..... now the constructive point Bearing in mind that you have a english logo on a predominately arabic site so much as far to say 99% MY QUESTION was why is the logo not in arabic .... i searched for the english button on the site but couldnt find .... which is where i would expect to find this version ... and in truth you might have been able to customise your font for the arabic and had two version ... wait are you managing to keep up with me ... Now before you say ... its so i can see what it is ... your bounce rate of English people is gonna be high cause they cant read jack else .... But now ill go to the critique actually i wasted enough time on pointing out something which any basic designer would have thought of and implemented but SINCE YOU are happy with your result and, what some people think here lately is less important, your client is happy as well ... then im happy for ya dude ... aS FOR repeating yourself .... ummm my point actually wasnt addressed ... can you also see type08 then.. that although there may be some newbies on here that think your all "wow" and that gets you all giddy.. in fact... your not "wow" at all, certainly not how your little sissy fits would suggest... your simply an ok designer, nothing more... and/but you allow your ego to get in the way (not a deserved ego either)... twice now.. yes *twice* ...on this logo alone, comments have been made.. neither of them negative.. but both you ignored... and both times reacted like a little child... its not personal... but your getting a little above your station... you may feel (your undeserved ego anyway) that its best to red flag this one.. (dont want those newbies catching on huh?).. but i hope at the very least you learn something for yourself...

cool guys... i think everyone has right to present his opinion & also other has right to reply him or not. I really dont like these fights on pond, it is a good place to come n learn. if u dont like just dont comment or do a healthy conversation. this is my very personal view, nothing bad for anyone. as there r few questions about newbies on pond, i simply want to say alen is always supportive & gave worth comments to improve. sum times & sum time - too. & i m talking on real facts. there r others as well who r also willing to help & i appreciate them. at least he n they r better than others who r behaving like mute.
