%5EAgree with Trumbelina. And this design doesn't need the word %22design%22 placed where it is to be successful. It does need to be interesting and memorable. Without becoming so alien in appearance that it doesn't even communicate its name.**If you're trying to communicate a message, make sure your logo makes the message you're trying to communicate a clear one. And yes, that does include words that are visually present in your design. Nice work so far.
Thanks you guys (JF and trumbelina), you are very kind. I too, would have liked to see the mark without the word %22design%22, but my client insisted on having %22design%22 in the design of the logo. Thanks again for the feedback and critique, It's always appreciated!
I would definitely move the design text down and to the right, or below perhaps. It's kinda interfering with the mark. Or even left align it with the serif underneath it. If all else fails delete it. The mark is quite nice.
Lets Discuss
The word %22Design%22 is way too small. It won't show up at small sizes. The J and K mark is really nice. *
