really sweet. definitely love this nemo :)
the only concern is that it seems a bit weird to use a clown fish for a sushi restaurant, as that's probably not the kind of fish they'd use for sashimi...
I know it's not your choice, but that is one quirky name for a sushi bar. The clown fish is not a sushi material, nor is it readily recognized as _food_ to begin with thanks to that Disney movie.
i would be very careful what you do here. Although the image is not similar, the fact that you're tying the name to the 'recognizable' species may be enough for you to breach the trademark.
Design-wise though i think it's very nice.
Maybe just shorten the right descender on the n a little to make the tails on the n and i not look like they're trying to form something.

The type is actually a font called 'memoria', no customization.
