Scott Hansen over at ISO50 did that positive/negative space arrow pattern, in the past. I'd post a link to his version but he's taken it down off his website.

This is great! I love the arrow made from arrows, but didn't see the CC monogram at first glance - saying that, now i've seen the CC I can't miss it and i love it.
