I like the concept. Maybe it's not a very strong "design", but still a very meaningful one. I like the subtle idea of "treating equally people of different types, sizes and color", suggested by the regular shape of the main start and circles surrounding it (as a union) and the small symbols inside the circles (as a variety of elements). Good job dreamer!
