ReplyThis looks very cute!
ReplyThanks Tass.*@Scorpy: You miss the cute hamster! Lol, jk. Too bad I don't speak Russian. Anyway, I created this logo from scratch about 4 months ago and I didn't copy anyone else's idea. So I guess this must be one of those coincidences. %3B)
ReplyLose the shadow, or whatever you have goin on under the pet %22globe%22. Just my 2 cents. :)
Replyvery fun, good job
Reply@Lecart: I couldn't agree with you more. But this one was the one approved by the client. I'll see if I can replace it with the 'cleaner' version later. Cheers for the input.*@Milou: thanks mate!
ReplyFunny yet elegant... It's strange to see an 'adult' society engage a logo like this. Might be interesting.
Replyreally, really nice.
ReplyThank you Vintage_chic and Theartistt. And cheers for all the floats guys, really appreciate them!
Replygood job
ReplyI love this logo! Realy!
Reply*thanks Amort, Snowkai.
ReplyVery attractive but I can't help feel like it's missing the colour green for some reason (maybe it's just me) but like if the snake was a bright, delicious green. I like that the cat's tail breaks free from the globe a bit. This logo, is undeniably cute, which fits for pets, and also fits it's name well.
ReplyThanks for a very thoughtful comments, Tulrich. You might be right, green can make a different 'feel' of the logo. I think I have tried creating one version with a tint of green but this version was the one that the client chose in the end. Great input nevertheless.
Reply@Scorpy: If this is the one you mean, then they are quite different:*http://www.scorpy-design.ru/animals/catalog_122/
ReplyI admit the layout is very similar, but the execution is quite different. Scorpy's is tribal whereas Wizmaya's is cartoon like. Wiz you may be in trouble, but I would like to think these two logos can coexist even so.
ReplyOuch, that hurts. I respect the decision though, because I truly respect LogoPond's community. This 'overly-inspired' thing is a new one for me, and to tell you guys the truth, this is the first time this kind of thing happened to me. **To Scorpy, I just want to let you know in all honesty that I didn't copy your logo and didn't even know that particular logo of yours even exist. I also worked hard to come up with this concept, and I also have my own full-range design process. As fellow graphic designers, I hope you understand why I'm standing on my ground on this one. My logo being removed from LP's gallery is one thing I can live with, but 'branding' me as one of those copycats out there is a totally different thing. **All in all, thanks for all the positive comments, support and floats guys. I'm still new to LogoPond and it's been a pretty interesting one so far. I'm looking forward to contributing more quality logos here and shareing the creativity in this great community.**Best,*%3D Louie %3D
