Interesting comments, know what you mean about the font but it sort of works for what the company does

keep the symbol... but change the color and the typo... the slant does not have to be here and suddenly it has its original identity... resembling another big fat brand can kill a company. On the short term it attract attention... but on the long term, the positioning doubt is always there.
