While this logo looks decent, it's really kind of predictable - and that's not a good thing. I've seen better implementations of the exact same idea dozens of times for other coffee shops, and I'm just tired of it. Of course, clients tend to like predictable.

lol drive by shootings heh bart! anyway it kinda reminds me too much of this http://www.george.com/ but you've probably never heard of ASDA, its a shopping centre & their clothes are kinda known to be... well i dont wana get in trouble.

I have seen similar designs to this one for many coffee houses but if they work and the client is happy with it then you have done you job.

So you have seen a design with the name GEORGE and the coffee cup made out of the O and R???

I really like this one. Not sure why people think it is overused and have seen the implementation before (I haven't?). I like the way you showed the coffee in the middle area, including poking out the hole for the "O" as opposed to the opposite (cutting into the brown). Very catchy mark, kudos!
