Very nice. I like the upward movement in the image, the shooting outside of the box. Clean and clear.

I like the way you incorporated the negative space between the 'i' and 'm' to create part of the mark. Kerning is a little too tight in my opinion. Also, LLC is too small. Won't print when reduced in size. Still, good job.
